Is it me or has Cardplayer really sucked at covering the 5 diamonds. Are they white flagging tournament coverage because of cost, or do they just not care.....
A fine example of Cardplayer up to date coverage (http://www.cardplayer.com/tournaments/live_updates/6788)

It's just a prelim event. It's good that it got any coverage at all.

I tend to agree with this statement however if they are going to cover it, they should do it right.

They've provided much better coverage of Vegas based prelim events in the past, and this event in particular.

If you are only going to cover the the final table of the prelims because of staff issues or interest level then say so. These prelims are important if you are paying attention to the player of the year chase as these are the last events of the year. I just wish they'd say they were covering the final tables only of the preliminary events, and I suspect the coverage of the main event will be nowhere near as extensive as it was. Is this an indication that CP is Busto, or going Busto ?

I read an article somewhere that Card Player had let some people go, maybe those layoffs were part of the live update crew.

They did let peeps go. Just Lisa did coverage. Pretty tough to do photography and coverage of big fields by yourself.
