Very weak, especially against a LAG. Push over his flop minraise. As played, definitely call here, he has all sorts of hands you beat. He could have just a lone A of hearts, QJ,QT,etc. Unless he has AhQx or flopped the nut flush, you have plenty of outs to improve if behind and have a hand with good showdown value already.

Good point with flop play. After BB folds to SB raise, SB has less than PS raise left. Against a lag, push flop. He has wide range (KQ,QJ,Q10, set, low flush, nut flush). many cards kill action on turn, and you might as well get it in on flop. Don't call flop minraise if you are going to fold to push on turn (would you call if another Q came, low heart, paired board?).

Against LAG's possible range, push flop (and expect a call). Against tight player, the decision is less clear, and I could see a fold on flop or turn. Weak Q hands aren't in his range for check-raise on flop.
