Possible Loophole?

There is this post on RGP where a poster is talking about a possible "loophole" in which he has set up an IP in Mexico yet people could play it here in the US yet it will show that it is in Mexico. Is this really a real loophole? What do you guys think about this?

and he still wont be able to deposit through a US bank.

Have you ever attempted to have a check sent somewhere bisides your address of record?

Try to cash out of Prima the 1st time and odds are you WILL have to verify your address.
