#1 No. It looks like a set or an overpair. Villain is quite tight and called a raise oop and then check/raised you on the flop.

#2 Having such an AF while being so loose looks like he is overly aggressive. He could be on an inside-straight-draw, but that's about it. Of course he could have a set or a weird 2pair. I think a call is close. It mostly depends on villain being one of those players, who like to go all-in to chase people away, because they've seen that on TV. So if he was all-in several times recently, I call. Otherwise, I fold.

I fold both like everyone else but to me the 1st hand looks like a possible bluff. This guy raises JJ-AA preflop almost everytime and he folds 33 often, at least going off stats. He is agressive and maybe decides a c/r bluff is due?

Guys with infinity aggression post flop are not actually aggressive, they just fold everytime with the goods.

I instafold hand 1 and might call hand 2 (33% call/66% fold/1% timeout...).

Fold hand 1 and call hand 2. (TPTK means: Fold to the rock and call the donk.)
