Villain 25/14/4.5 over 350 hands. I can't remember any significant hands vs. him, really. We've been mostly staying out of each other's way.

Preflop call and minraise were both instant.

best case your up against 10's, I think this is QQ-AA most of the time

I feel your pain.

This is really a tough spot. I can see a TAG make this raise with TT/JJ/QQ/KK/AA, but I can also see him make this raise with lower pp's if he views you as weak tight. It really depends on table dynamics quite a bit.

I think you choose a good spot to fold the overpair, but I'd keep a close eye on this player in the future.

Btw, no matter what he had, he played this pretty good I think. He is betting your stack, and he can still get away if he doesnt have the goods.

Given his range, your most likely behind. Good fold.

I think this is fine.

I cant say without a real read .. like has he pulled a stunt like this before ??

I figure he has a pocketpair. if it larger or lower than yours ... well. He might put you on AK and be trying to move you off the hand. You are only betting half pot you see.

I think you have to make this fold, as if you call and check, he will be firing again. you are in the dark etc etc.

The alternative is to push, but ... well it takes guts, but can be done, you might even push KK of the hand.

But still your bet is showing weakness imo, I'd make it 10$ ir at least 9$ even thought cbet in reraised pots are supposed to be smaller, half pot is too weak imo and 2/3 pot more right.

I might be mistaken about this betsizing stuff though.

He didn't even look at my bet size, he insta-minraised.

I hate it when people trap me after I 3-bet them...most annoying thing ever. I think this is probably a good fold.

The first thing I thought was AK but I don't know why. A good fold probably.

the only 2 hands u beat are AK and TT (and i dont think he plays AK like this all that often imo.) this looks like a hand where u have to sigh and fold
