Raise more both preflop and on the flop.

Preflop I'd make it $0.10.

On the flop this is a horrible raise. When you make raises like this make them a full pot sized raise. That is raising the size of the pot *after* you've called the initial bet.

So here -

If you were to call his $0.10 there'd be $0.39 in the pot so raise $0.39 to $0.49.

What others said. Just to be clear, villain's reraise on the flop is not an overbet as it is less than a pot size raise. Call as you did.

Errr this hand contains nothing of interest. If you hit TPTK with AK against a short stack, you are looking to felt it.
