Before the river came down, I was thinking I wanted to try to get him "all in" - but he did it by himself. Should I call this brazen raise?

This will be a retarded bluff or value bet with a lesser holding than you have often enough to make it correct to call imo.

huh? This isn't an easy call!!! At this level people will call you all the down with a draw.

As played though, I'd probably call.
