is this line weak? I had no read on the guy and I dont' know why ppl would limp raise, unless they had a big hand.

Don't make your raises so small. You're giving him excellent pot odds to continue preflop.

Assuming $10 stacks.

Against a standard player. If i call a limp re-raise with 99 I am looking to flop a set, if not i get out the way, it's too often a big pair imo.

I agree TT+ beats you, you don't have odds to hit a 9 onthe turn -limp reraise is likely to be a big hand alot of the time -he'll probably bet weakly the flop then bet big on the turn.

I call preflop reraise (5/10 rule -see uNL/SSNL master sticky) with good implied odds based on his limp reraise. he may be bluffng with the limp reraise so take notes if he flashes his cards.

A limp/minraise is usually just a donk bluff. A guy did that to me before and he had K7s. But in this sit. I think it's a good hand that he has.
