I'm playing at the $0.01/0.02 level, which I guess isn't really $5NL, but that is the max buy-in for Stars. Table is REALLY slow (23 hand in 32 minutes), but fairly loose. Villain is 74/4/0.2 so loose passive. Additionally he has folded to 4 of 6 c-bets to this point. I rarely c-bet at this level, but I shot a few out there and they worked so I started using them.

I included the results since I felt they were relevant to my questions.

My questions:

1) Am I raising enough PF? 4xBB + limpers adequate for this level? Is is going to even be possible to get this guy to fold sooted hands PF?

2) Is it a mistake to c-bet against 2 opponents in this situation? Indeed, it might just be chip spewing at this level to even consider a c-bet.

1.) That is fine. Adjust by a bit if the table has too many calling stations. Keep in mind that at this level we generally raise for value instead of fold equity so there's no need for absurdities like raising to $1 preflop

2.) Depends on your opponents. Against people who call too much this is pure spew, but many people will fold if the flop didn't fit them. So flop texture is one thing you need to pay attention to. Being OOP, I'd be inclined just check and hope to peel one off.
