I'd be wary limping this preflop. There's still 4 people to act so its a pretty marginal play.

Definitely raise the flop and value bet the river. They just can't play their big hands fast. Everyone does what you did and slow plays. You have a big hand on a drawy board with lots of action, get stuck in.

I have to ask though, what exactly are you hoping to flop. Short of the Q being a T how could this flop be any better for you?

I think your kicker is pretty good. I would be more concerned if it was like a 3 or something.

I'd raise flop.
As played I value bet river. UTG probably has a Queen.

Yes, you should have raise on the flop.

Too many people in the pot so there are more way which you could lose.
