Just bet more everywhere except the river, which wouldn't be a problem if you'd made decent bets throughout the hand.

I re-raise PF. A check-raise, or a lead out is fine. Raise the guy's minraise on the flop, calling is dumb. Bet the pot on the turn. He is either going to call you with a set or two pair, or fold the rest. Your bet is giving him odds to outdraw you if he has TT. On the river just check call but leading out and folding is fine too.
