been playing pretty ABC poker and the big stack seems pretty loose...likes to see flops...How is my line here? I think my hand is pretty disguised but I wasn't sure what was happening on the river...all I could see I beat was maybe A 10...any alternate lines?

I pitch it preflop
Hard hand to play out of position

As played, Why didn't you just push the turn?

chaos...it was 4 handed so I was in the CO with decent position...otherwise i would have just tossed it...on the turn I think that 78 crossed my mind for the str8 and I wanted to see the river before committing...

guess the hand wasn't too interesting with the lack of responses...turned out the villan had K9 for trips with a higher kicker

PF is questionable but 4 handed I see it happening. As is ok, maybe push turn, probably not though.

Dont raise UTG j9s. Dont raise with middle pair on flop. I honestly hate this hand u just got lucky to turn trips. Tighten up at low limits!

I actually don't mind the flop raise. Are you really putting him on Tx or a higher PP? Maybe we can take him to value town with his 9 weaker kicker, or hell, even a 6 or gutshot draw.

You can't tighten up a whole lot with 4 handed play. The blinds will demolish you. We're not raising J9 UTG, we're raising it in CO, with 5 imaginary people folding to us. I raise the flop like Hero too, villian led weak, I consider a raise here to be a cbet, and we're only behind a pair of 10's, a higher pocket pair, or a pair of 9's with a QKA kicker.

This place is such a nitfest. I would have popped more on the flop. Other than that, it's fine.

I think the fact that he bets out on river shows that you are beat. I agree w/the fold preflop. When you just called on turn a thinking player would see that as a warning sign, So when he bets out on river that shows quite a bit of strength on his part. I seriously consider folding on river here, maybe keep this hand in mind for a future confrontation how he is betting WAY small relative to the pot w/a strong hand.
