Hand History (http://www.pokerhand.org/?638188)

Did I play this hand correctly on FLOP and TURN, specifically?

Villain was 66 VP$IP/11 PFR/0.6 AGGR after 36 hands.

I'm concerned after villain calls my raise on flop, afraid I may be dominated. And when second Jack comes on turn and coordinates the board there are so many hands that can beat me I feel hopeless.

This is my first post here, please be gentle.

Thanks in advance.

i check behind on that turn. backdoor flush is very unlikely, and this is classic WA/WB. The situation on the flop and river has not changed, as you are still beaten by any better ace. I c/c a smallish river bet, fold anything bigger than 1/2 pot

I would bet a little less on the flop ($1.5-2).

I think check behind on the turn, but if you are going to bet, you need to bet at least $2-3. Betting less on the turn than on the flop looks very weak and just invites someone to steal the pot from you.

Hey,

why are you playing so short? Rebuy to 100BB before this hand even starts.

Your preflop and flop play are fine, but if you are going to bet this turn you need to bet appropriately. Given that you're so short, a shove is just over a potsize bet and I think probably the best line. Option b) is to check behind and reevaluate on the river.

Prima has $20nl tables, so I am actually at 174.50BB at the start of the hand.

Thanks everyone for your reponses.
