$25 nl weak hand against opp c- bet

I cant convert hh from ftp at frt so please excuse hh. I run into a lot of hands like this and would like some suggestions in this kind of situation.

I run into this kind of situation all the time whether hitting a small pair with connectors or like this having a pocket pair. Ok so my hand is likely the best at this point but I am out of position and there are 2 cards to come and since my opponent has position on me he can throw a 2nd and even 3rd barrel at me and use scare cards to his advantage. This is a guy that c-bets about 100% of the time. What do u guys do in this kind of situation? What if opp only c-bets 25-50% of the time?

Simple answer here, you played this for set value right? Although thats a decent flop for you, you missed your set and there are 2 overcards. He could have a higher pp here. KISS and fold.
