Uncalled bets: $16.95 returned to UTG+1.

Final pot: $25.5
Flop was unlikely to hit him so i lead. is c/c better here?
Turn i check, see what he does. After he checks behind i think i have the best hand. The board is so drawy i cant see many made hands checking behind.
River blanks i value bet my 99... the only hand i can see him playing like that that beats me is AT, and even then i'd imagine he would bet the turn when checked to... i thought he either had that or an underpair. should i call his river AI?
would a better line be to c/c a river bet? what if he pots it? try get value out of a busted draw. When i htink about it, hes prolly folding to my river bet unless he has me beat.
just v.confused about what he could have, on such a draw heavy board, is he really checking behind the turn with a made hand, the rivers a blank so i assume hes still 'on a draw' i guess that answers my question about c/c on the river... but i might well be way off!
all comments appreciated, thanks!
