Villain here was 19/9/6 over 160 hands, I hadn't been getting out of line. I feel like I should have just folded the flop. Also, should I raise to $3 pf and bet slightly closer to pot on the flop?

19/9/6 isn't that nitty, why are we folding here?

Villain only completed SB and didn't raise. Has he been defending his SB/BB much? Did he mostly fold when you tried to steal it?

If he's been defending all day then I fear some random holding like 2 pair. If not then assume you're ahead here.

Hand 2 - Why fold? Fearing outkicked?
Even so, I c/c this down.

i remember first hand being the same in sngs, bad to raise AQ out of the blinds.
as played i hate it but fold.

think of all his hands that do this. then think of what ur ahead of.

what range do we put villain on in hand 1 here?

Cant be AJ/AK/AQ/A10/1010/77/AA - why wouldn't he raise it? (maybe not A10 or 77 if he's nitty)

A7 is possible, yes.

Calling raise with 10 7?
