Why wouldn't US citizens be allowed to? It's not illegal to play IN the borders either, from what I understand, unless your state says otherwise.

And as PokerStars and Full Tilt have shown, I think the non-USA numbers are there.

yeah i kind of worded that wronge. i know i am playing inside the us as i type this. what i meant to say was is the gov going to try to restrict money transfers for u.s. citizens who play outside of the u.s.?

No, they won't. Unless you are using a USA bank account.
