my image has been very tight at the table so far. SB has shown a proclivity to play marginal hands OOP (even as weak as A7o to a raise). The raise immediately behind me indicates probable overcards as raiser has shown a pattern of raising 4XBB+1 per limper for pocket pairs (for set value, I assume). On the flop, I feel like I have the best hand and want the pot, however after the check-call-call from SB, my hand cannot be good. My thoughts are A6, or 77-99. Should I follow up with a big turn bluff to represent a 3, or simply give up?

give up, these players can't be bluffed, just don't bother.

Check behind. Call a moderate bet on the river.

His hand is rather well defined as: high overs or 22,44,55 IMO.

can you explain a bit more how you arrived at this range, or your general thought process? For some reason, I see his flop call-call as something stronger than this (especially to $2.50).

Lead flop, checkraise might win an extra bet but you only get action when you're behind

Unless the table is super loose and passive you should be folding this PF. As played I just lead flop and give up unless you improve if you are faced with any substainal betting.

I don't mind the preflop call if you think you can outplay the competition. 10NL is very weak and I've had very good results playing a loose game. Pot odds, good reads, and implied odds are important to keep in mind here, and make sure you're the one giving reverse implied odds rather than taking them.
