Confused about Party VIP

So, you get into the club by accumulating a certain amount of points in a month. For January, I did that, so I was expecting some kind of offer for February. I e-mailed them and they said to keep a lookout in the next few weeks for pop-ups or emails with offers.

My question is: How are you supposed to work on February's offer if they don't offer it at the beginning of February?

I'm trying to decide to keep playing Party to accumulate points or to bonus whore other sites. When do the offers come usually?

Last months offer was of $x for y points over about a two week period. This months offer may not be the same setup however.
