Villain is about 30/10 over only 50 hands or so. Hasn't done anything crazy that I've seen yet.

Possibly a good spot for a blocking bet on the river?

Thoughts for some help:

I'm ahead of AA,KQ,KT
Behind KJ,K9,88,99,JJ
splitting w/ AK

Not sure what his calling range is for a r/r preflop though - might be able to rule out K9 (maybe KJ)

Definately. I'm not crazy about this board.

As played, I don't know. Most of the time KJ/K9/K8 bets the turn, as does a set -- although he could be checking the turn for pot control himself. He could have peeled off a straight (T7), or even flopped one, and checked the turn to trap I guess(??).

Given that he raised UTG, then called our 3-bet, I think we can probably eliminate Kx, QT, T7 from his range.

AA/QQ seems unlikely given how the hand played out. And what's he value betting on the river...AJ? TT?

KQ is somewhat possible, but again, I'm not sure if he'd call our 3-bet with this hand.

I probably go broke expecting to see a split with AK, or boat here most of the time (88/99/JJ). It's not uncommon for a set to check behind on the turn with a scary board.

Oh, and I like your check on the turn also.

River is a good time for a value-bet. As played, you better call this or I come to your house, your room, taker your mouse and call it for you.
