No solid reads on villain, he had called a couple preflop raises before and folded them all to a cbet on the flop though, so he seemed a little weak.

Hero shoves?

I wasn't sure what to do, I didn't really like the amount of callers preflop, nor the flop call and the turn card. He could be on the flushdraw or have flopped a monster. Another potbet means allin for him. I don't think there's much left that we beat, except a FD? What to do?

With his short stack, I don't mind a push here. I think he either has a weak Ace or drawing to the flush or straight.

He has a bit less than a PSB left and there is no getting away from AK against a somewhat shortstack. Easy push to me. When it seems inevitable that the money is going in, it's always gonna be me putting it in first. Just hit reload before the cards are flipped.

If he has 2 pair, we hate him for a second and move on, but I expect to be good here against an overplayed ace alot.

i think potsize and stacksizes just put him AI
-we lose to AQ/set Axs 2pair but charge weak Ax and fdraw the most + given he's folded to your cbets your FE may be decent.

I think turn shove is prob the best move( if ~PSB) -makes it easy for us to play and hard on villan.
All the other options - folding/checking the turn/ betting 2/3 aren't really options.
