With both villains being loose, I'll probably 3-bet PF and hope to drop one of them and try to take the pot on the flop.

Raise pre-flop and the hand will be a lot easier.

As played, i checkraise the flop. MP2 took the lead so let him to the betting and then raise enaugh to get the straight draw out.

If this were 6-max this is an instaraise preflop but UTG 9-handed I don't think set mining is a terrible play with TT here.

dont like re-popping pre-flop as i will be playing a big pot OOP as for the flop i couldnt re-raise cause his all in was less than my original pot bet

Try it for a little while and see what happens. This is one of those skills that players will say they learned in 6max and made their full ring game much better. This is a perfect spot for 3 betting PF. A lot of the time you will take the pot PF, and if you do end up seeing a flop, a nice bet(being that you're first to act) will usually take it there.
