MP is trying to steal or is "raising for information" with some kind of marginal hand like 75% of the time here.

SB is probably drawing and want to set the price himself.
MP has got something, but it could be almost anything that in some way connected with the board.

Tricky spot, as all your options suck.
Folding is bad, as you will be ahead here a lot.
Calling is bad because you are not closing the action and giving the SB great odds on his draw.
Shoving is also bad as mostly hands that beat you will call.

If you put a gun to my head I would probably say call,
and pray for a non-spade, non-ace turn.

If the villains (MP especially) dont slow down on a blank turn I would start to worry and consider folding.
