Man i really hate these spots

villain is 55/0/0.6 over about 50 hands. saw him call down two 2/3 PSB on flop and turn from PFR with BP and lose to TPGK. his limping range is ridiculous and he has no positional awareness. How do you play this?

What's your plan on a safe vs a diamond turn?

I am going to bet around $2.25 here, fold to a raise here. I think the lone ace of diamonds will call, if this guy is this loose any diamond 9 or higher probably calls.
Diamond hits the turn, I am shutting down, c/f might be a little weak, but no value in betting imo.
Non diamond I will bet again even if its an ace. fold to a raise.

bet/fold flop

turn?
Definate c/f to a diamond turn against this guy.
On a non-diamond turn? hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Pot control vs. Protecting your hand eh? I can see arguments for bet/fold and checking here.
