26.9/2.8 over 290 hands. I'm assuming his 4bet range is nearly weighted to AA/KK. I've been playing rather aggressively pf and post.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) internettexasholdem.com (http://www.internettexasholdem.com)

MP ($14.90)
CO ($56.25)
Button ($27.50)
SB ($44.30)
Hero ($126.80)
UTG ($30.25)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K/images/graemlins/club.gif, A/images/graemlins/club.gif.
UTG calls $0.50, 1 fold, CO raises to $2.5, 2 folds, Hero raises to $8, UTG folds, CO raises to $20, Hero folds.

Final Pot: $28.75

Often when villains 4-bet but don't go AI they want value and not fold equity. With those raising standards of his over a decent sample this is AA ~60% of time and KK ~30% of time, methinks.

When I am in the blinds and get AK I generally will call a raise because I'm going to be out of position for the rest of the hand and can get away from it if the flop misses me. On this I just don't think you can play it, although I don't like laying this hand down.

I usually did this as well, but then I read the below post and it changed my mind on 3betting here.

A recent post (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showflat.php?Cat=0&Number=7833218&page=1&fpart=all &vc=1&nt=2) talking about expanding your 3bet preflop range mentions doing the opposite, reraising this BECAUSE of being OOP from here on out. Is your response due to the villain we face in this hand or a standard practice? I would be more inclined in this case to call because of the villain and their stats indicating their betting will give a truer feel for actual strength. If villain is more aggressive postflop then I feel this should be a reraise preflop.
