This guys has been very aggressive reraising a lot of pots in position and c-betting all the time, so I felt like I could have him bluff off all his chips to me. What would u guys do different?

Just because someone has been aggressive doesn't mean he's an idiot. He could be on a burner. Raising in position is good poker. I think you need to fold this to his reraise because he has now told you twice 'I have a big hand' and T's are not a hand I want to make a stand with.

If you think your read is solid then I guess this is ok, raise flop bigger though.
