Block bet or check-call to induce possible bluffs?

I've faked blocked on this table before, so there might be a chance to see this river for really cheap.

The 6 was one of the best cards to induce a bluff, and with your read I'd also c/c this.

I check and he bets out to 18? What if he pots it? What if he overbets 1.5x pot? 2x pot? I would probably fold to the overbets and I'm assuming against solid players I should even call these overbets (albeit a very small percentage of the time).

You would never (basically) call a pot sized river bet against a solid player. If he called you down twice and bets pot you let it go. A pair of kings is nice but it is just a pair.

i prefer to bet and fold to a push because you are so deep. if you bet 15-20, then i don't think villain is raising much that you beat, and you can let it go.
