Both players a very loose passive AF of 0 and .5 through about 60 hands. The first time I seen UTG reraise through about 60 hands was the hand before and it was a minraise on the river with 3rd pair.

Weak reraise I know but should I just call here and reevaluate if he leads out the turn? Or should I just be folding to his reraise?

I normally dont like raising for information, but here I think you saved yourself some money.
I think raising the raise is best, with such a wet board.

I hope you folded to the push.

Both are you are in so deep and the board sucks. You're flipping with UTG at best. I also don't know what BB is going to do, but he's most likely in too... so fold is good.

Has this been for 1 buyin, it might be worth considering a call.

1st buyin yes and that played into my thought process.

I got a set of mine paid off in exactly the same way, but he didnt have the sense to lay down his QQ.

Easy fold. There is very little that you really beat.

Raise the flop bigger, just as you said. Fold to the push.
