Villain was a calling station. Playing 40/10 over 60 hands.

I'm playing 26/16. Is the flop a fold??

With a little over one PSB what is your turn play here?

Comments on all streets appreciated.

This is a RIO situation, as stated in the uNL concept of the week. Your flop bet is a mistake as was Your call of his reraise. Check the turn and try to discover RIO situations, that lead to huge losses and small wins.

Why fold to the flop raise? Do we think he has KQ/JJ/TT?

As others have said this is a clasic RIO , Hero may have the best hand but he is 2 streets away from showdown.

hero has little chance to improve but there are lots of draws -str/flush combo 2pair connectors that hit (not incl. sets that already beat us) can improve to beat Hero.

In position I may call the flop raise but not here as what do we do on theturn which ~1/2 time is going to be more scary and we don't know where we stand.

I may also check/bet this flop 80% towards a check because villan is a calling station.

pretty much. Or some combo draw and a set are likely also.
