I hadn't been playing long but the guy seemed straightforward and I put him on tptk, overpair, made straight or set. How do you play this one?

I am not so curious about preflop. In my defense, I had been sitting there for 20 or so minutes practicing being tight and getting no cards so I figured my image was right. Also we had become shorthanded atm. Players seemed pretty passive and I thought I would give have a good chance to take down a raised pot with a c-bet.

Found myself in a situation. Considered Push, fold and raise on turn. I think in retrospect raise was worst choice and too small. I am curious how yall would play this one and why?
