I hadn't been playing long but the guy seemed straightforward and I put him on tptk, overpair, made straight or set. How do you play this one?

I noticed no one commented. In defense of preflop play, I had been sitting for 30 minutes working on being tight and had no cards so my image was right and we were shorthanded. Players had been passive and I figured I might raise up the pot and then take it down with a c-bet. Needless to say I found myself in a situation. The villains turn bet was somewhat small, i debated folding, pushing or raising. Anyone have a take and reasons?
