MP is just a retard, but Button is just a typical loose passive.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.50 BB (6 handed) internettexasholdem.com (http://www.internettexasholdem.com)

MP ($26.95)
Hero ($92.65)
Button ($30.80)
SB ($29.95)
BB ($9.70)
UTG ($22.45)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 7/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 8/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
1 fold, MP raises to $1.5, Hero calls $1.50, Button calls $1.50, 2 folds.

Flop: ($5.25) K/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 6/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 7/images/graemlins/heart.gif (3 players)
MP bets $1, Hero raises to $5, Button calls $5, MP folds.

Turn: ($16.25) Q/images/graemlins/heart.gif (2 players)
Hero bets $10...

When button calls the flop, it's very likely he has a straight/flush draw or Kx. I've also been playing somewhat conservatively for the last few orbits. How are my bet sizes? I felt 10 on the turn was small enough for him to call without inducing a push.

I don't understand the logic of betting if you are wanting him to call. If he is loose-passive and you bet he will probably call with Kx and fold a FD. Therefore any money that goes into the pot on this street will probably be money that you have <50% equity of.
If you check then he will check behind FDs and probably check or bet smaller than $10 with Kx.
Given your read of the player and his range here, I think checking is better IMO.

check.
most donks like this will bet something like $2 here with a king, giving you amazing pot odds. Let him do this for ya.

If he bets more, you know he has KQ or better. If he checks, he has a higher flush draw and you should hope for no ace or spade...

Check to him and let him tell you what his hand is.

I would usually check and go on from there.

If we're talking about amazing pot odds. Why not take them on the flop?

Why did you raise on the flop?

Hero should raise to rep. the K and because he actually did catch a nice draw. His flop bet is only a normal pot size bet.

Turn is questionable. I'm checking that brick most of the time. Read dependent on whether you think you can push villian out of the hand.

Against a LP you have to check that turn. You equity on the flop was bueno, but its not that good anymore. This guy is probably going nowhere.

I like the flop raise. His bet is soooo weak and you have a BIG draw. The turn sucked. I would check and hope he makes a small bet and prices you in.
