Villain in this hand is 16/7/infinity through 58 hands. The raise pretty much meant either AA or KK. Which probably makes this a bad call PF. Is this autofold or do you call to see a flop and if you catch you know your gonna get all his chips?

Hero calls 75 cents to win 16.75.

16.75/0.75 = a ratio way greater than the 1 in 8 times you will flop a set.

I like always calling raises preflop with any PP unless the villan is shortstacked and obviously has a higher PP.

Now if I hit my set what should be my correct line say a flop of Q82r? Lead out what size bet? C/R? C/C Push Blank Turn?

that all depends on your read of your opponent. With this type of player i like leading near full pot on the flop and praying he raises you. If he just calls, just keep betting near full pot until his full stack is in the middle, hes not laying this down...

*grunch*

If he has a narrow raising range it makes it even a better call than if he would raise lots of hands. People who only raise AA/KK will usually go all the way with them.. and then complain that their AA never wins

You are getting enough implied odds for this call. He is bit of a shorter stack but not too short, and you being in the BB gives you a discount.

Call for set value and bust his AA
