If I play that hand UTG I play it as a drawing hand, since a jack isn't a good kicker when someones raising postflop after calling a raise preflop.
As played, I would call and see what the turn brings.

These smallish bets are often draws, or an attempt to take the pot away. In these cases I make an healthy raise (to $7-8) and take the pot down quite often.

I at least call b/c of the two double gut shots, but then again, limit ruined my view of the world.

i call the flop donk and re-evaluate OTT. the donk can mean a few diff things and the last thing i want to do is bloat the pot with TPJK readless.

If the board was a little more drawy I'd like a raise, but on this board I usually just call and re-evaluate on the turn.

Usually I would reraise to define my hand as early as possible. But with this flop, You have lots a nice cards left in the deck - at least any heart, any 9, any 8 - so I would just call and see a cheap turn card with position.

call flop, no value in raising.

Too good a hand to fold obviously. The board is not very drawy. I think raising is bad because your hand is good but not great and raising will fold out worse hands and get calls from better hands. Call.
