I'd assume his 3-bet calling range is fairly tight TT+/AQ+. After he raises the flop, you are in trouble against pretty much everything apart from QQ. This probably sounds weak tight, but folding the flop isn't terrible IMO.

I'd dump the turn.

this is an easy fold at this point. we beat nothing but a worse king or a bluff. i feel the flop is one of those RIO spots and might consider folding here since the board is so wet. esp in a reraised pot. meh i probably dont fold the flop but im def folding the turn

Felt VERY weak tight though.

On that board with the action given, this is a definite fold. Especially on the turn.
