A passive Villian wakes up on the turn and we have one pair. Sure, he's loose and calls too much, but he's not calling the turn, he's raising. Without a better read, I fold. And I'm firing a pot sized bet on the flop.

this is an easy fold, you beat nothing in his range.

Bet more on the flop.
Fold to his 2-pr or better on the turn. calls flop, min-raises turn, the classic donkey big hand manuever.
