Ok, I've finally built my bankroll up to $500 playing NL10 for the past two months. I'm curious for any advice/feedback/suggestions anyone might have on making the move to NL25. I know there are lots of posts about this sort of thing in other places (and I've probably read them, thanks) but any other advice that might help?

I'm sure this sort of post comes up a lot so sorry if I'm
annoying anyone by posting this.

I've never played NL10 but i've been playing NL25 for a little bit.

Seems like you've done well at NL10 (if you've built your roll from the ground up) so just keep playing the same way.

You probably wont be playing against the same players from NL10 so start making tonnes of notes on everyone.

I'd recccomend pokertracker and pokeraceHUD (if you're not using them already).

If you feel like your being beaten, move back down for a bit. Or if you multitable, why not play 2 tables of NL10 and 1 of NL25 just to get into your groove.

Good luck with it.

don't be worried about this move at all. take a shot, if you run poorly you can always move back down to your comfort level. don't fall into the trap of placing the next level on a pedestal - remember, it's still poker.

If you really feel uncomfortable, try cutting back a couple tables. Or if you can keep track of it, mix in a couple tables of 10 and 25 NL.
