25NL Make two pait on river, raised all in.

Pretty sure this is horrible play, just wondering what was wrong? what i should have done differently?

I can't see your hole cards, so based on thread title, I'll assume you have KQ.

Flop is fine. I check behind on the turn. If he checks again on the river, I value bet and fold to a raise.

EDIT: Since you had AK, I think this looks okay, though after flop and turn action, I might shut down on river.
