25NL 6m - Do I push TPTK OOP on the river against an unknown

This is villian's second orbit and I've never played with him before. Villian won his first hand when he was dealt 93o betting the flop small w/air and hitting runner 3's.

I was surpised with his call on the turn. I don't know if I'm up against a set or not. How would you proceed on the river? Thanks
