So clearly JJ plays much differently in no-limit than limit. Should I get away from these and if so, where? Assume villian to be thinking, slightly aggressive.

fold to the 4bet preflop

check the flop sometimes, but against a shortstack its fine.


also, i wouldnt make a habit of assuming your 10nl opponents can think.

yeah fold when he comes over the top of ur reraise preflop in the first hand. he has AA or KK here.

Second hand, the second he flat calls the flop, you check the turn. Then, play it based on ur read of ur opponent and his bet size whether or not he has a king.

in the first hand we have to call 1.6 to win the 5.2 already in the pot, and after the call we still have ~6.5 behind, making our odds ~7.3125:1. the odds of flopping a set are 7.5-1, so against an unknown i think we need to call here. it's close though
