and check call river to get value from a missed draw/lose less to hands that beat you

hmm I guess Flop and Turn bet are ok. I would probably check river since Villain seems to be pretty tight. You are not beating anything but a bluff with your hand.

But as played you have probably to call the all in on river since you have invested so much in this hand already.
