I was at the table for only one orbit. One strange hand though. Villain limped UTG, UTG+1 raised to 2BB (lol) and I reraised to around 8BB with TT OTB. Villain went all in. The image of kinda tricky villain lead me through this hand.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (8 handed) Hand History Converter Tool (http://poker-tools.flopturnriver.com/Hand-Converter.php) from FlopTurnRiver.com (http://www.flopturnriver.com) (Format: 2+2 Forums)

UTG+1 ($1.26)
MP1 ($5.99)
MP2 ($1.90)
<font color="#C00000">CO ($5.93)</font>
Button ($8.06)
SB ($8.52)
BB ($2.30)
<font color="#C00000">Hero ($5)</font>

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, A/images/graemlins/spade.gif. CO posts a blind of $0.04. SB posts a blind of $0.02.
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $0.2</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, CO (poster) calls $0.16, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>.

Villain sat the blinds out, thats why he's posting.

Flop: ($0.46) 9/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 3/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 9/images/graemlins/diamond.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $0.3</font>, CO calls $0.30.

Not the worst of flops so I lead out though somehow I was expecting a call from any2 and then beting into me when I check the turn. That is why I decided here that I will bet out on any turn card.

Turn: ($1.06) Q/images/graemlins/spade.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">CO bets $1</font>, Hero calls $1.

I liked that Q (doh /images/graemlins/tongue.gif). But as I saw it I said to myself: 2 can play this game. If I bet out only hands that are calling are flush draws, 9x or a Q. But problem is he might raise with a flush draw and then I'm screwed. That is why I decided to let him bet for me. Worst case scenario he checks behind and catches his card.
He bets as expected and since I induced it I would be a fool not to call.

River: ($3.06) 7/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, <font color="#CC3333">CO bets $2</font>, Hero calls $2.

7 probably didnt make his hand. If I bet only better hands will call/raise. I check again to induce a bluff or a better hand will bet.

Final Pot: $7.06

At the showdown I'm either a genious for such a play or idiot for check/calling second best hand.

Question:
If river brought flush possibility would a blocking bet of 1/3 of the pot be better alternative? ie. at this point only thing I would beat would be a bluff but dont want to pay 2/3psb to find out
