Get into spots like this alot, they raise me and i have ok odds to call. I have folding down TP but been doing it alot lately as its a leak of mine.

how much did UTG have? This could either be a well played set or a weaker K, stack size is important here.

Preflop I count the poster as a limper and make it 5bb. Anyway, the flop is ultra-dry. I think you're beat here nearly allways, fold to the 3-bet.

You paid for the information to confirm you are beat. With the one spade, I would of prefered to call the flop bet and see what the turn brings in. As played I fold to the 3 bet.
