Weak pair, TK, against LAGtard...any thoughts?

This guy is a proven LAGtard. Will defend his blind with ATC. I have discovered weak bets mean weak and weak raises mean strength...but i'm not sure about a weak re-raise...any thoughts? And yes, in retrospect, I played the hand a bit goofy.
