Am I reading this correctly and Mississippi tacks on a 3% fee? If this isn't a state tax, what are they calling it besides outright theft?
Does this apply to just VP (allowing them to disguise the true costs of their machines) or is this casino-wide?
I'd hate to see something similar in other states if this were true.
