I think its ok. His action will tell you if you are beaten or not for sure. You could mabye raise a bit more to 5 or so if he then calls you are most likely beaten.

Maybe try this on a slightly drier board? There are some inside straight and flush draws that will probably call along.

If you get pushed into after this raise, it is probably a fold for me.

Jouster, I agree w/ Matt, for a flop fold you really need to juice that raise. Pot-size would be $6.75.

I would like it more on a less drawy flop and if he raised from LP. But this is ok sometimes.
