25NL TP reraised on dry flop

Looking for advice on all streets.
I was seriously considering reraising preflop but couldn't do it.I didn't want to play a big pot OOP with AK. Mistake?

Do you like the C/R or should I just bet out?

What do you put villian on whe he 3-bets and what should I do? My first fear was AA/KK, but a lot of those cards are accounted for already. In any case this small raise seems to be begging for a call.
