Steny Hoyer, who was named the deputy chief in the house today (the second in command position in the US House), voted against the gambling bill that was passed by the house.

Small, but it has to be a positive step.

Didn't he make a public statement then about the bill not being harsh enough and he didn't like the carveouts as well or am I mistaken?
