Villain is a 50nl reg and 2p2 poster.

Not a lot of history, but on another table he 3bet my button open with ATo and I got to showdown with 88, so he's capable of 3betting light and knows I am, too. Other than that, villain is a pretty standard tag, and I've mostly been stealing his blinds without much confrontation. FWIW I haven't 3bet at this table at all since I sat down.

What range do I put him on? What's the worst hand I can call with?

A set I think but I would still consider folding. You've not invested too much to the pot.

JJ/TT/99, 2 pair, or some combination of combo draw. You're like waaaaaaaaaaaaaay behind.

I'd probably fold AA here against a p2p'er

JJ?

I think you are probably slightly ahead here/probably behind. 2p2 battles can get so messy sometimes and it all really depends on your history. Try to think of his hand range in this instance and try to figure out how often he has a real hand and just a draw (like hearts). In the heat of the moment, I wouldn't blame you for calling this.
