View Full Version : 50NL: I hit my TP on the river, but did he hit a flush?

Sorry for the back-to-back hand hands, but I'm ~0BB/100 since moving up to 50NL and 10k hands later I'm starting to get frustrated. I'm thinking a big reason that I'm not winning is that I'm paying off TP-style hands too often, and found this one in my database. Is this hand standard, or am I a calling station? Only read is that he seems loose, no idea about aggression.

If the river call is a mistake, it's a small one. If he had bet more and you called that, that would be a much bigger mistake.

Here I want to fold. The pot odds would compel me to call.

I think the river call is fine. Odds are so tempting, as Grunch stated.
